The Plans called for the opening of the basement to be the door in the first picture. Thank goodness the woman of the house decided to make it so you could go to the basement from the garage.
She had closets and cupboard installed instead of leaving the space unused.
There are 2 Closets, 2 cupboard with drawers below and 1 large cupboard with shelves that could be used as a linnen closet.
Above is the linnen closet and below is all the junk I have in it. I kind of use it as a pantry for my electrical appliances.
Above is a closet to the left and a cupboard with 3 drawers below. Lots of storage space in this house.
Above and right, a cupboard above with 2 drawers below. This is one of two.
